Jenna Bailey is a local artist and art teacher at Hibriten High School in Lenoir, NC. She holds a BFA in Art Education with a concentration in painting from UNC Greensboro and has taught high school level art for 11 years in Wilkes and Caldwell counties. Originally from Gastonia, NC, Jenna enjoys working in a variety of mediums including watercolor, oil, encaustic, printmaking, and ceramics. Her artwork creates tranquil moods through the use of soft, muted colors, patterns, and layered imagery that focuses on graceful female portraits and natural elements, such as plants and wildlife.
