from the North Carolina
Arts Council, a division
of the Department of
Natural & Cultural Resources,
and by individual
and corporate donors like you.
Various grants and scholarships are available annually through the Caldwell Arts Council.
Individual artists can apply for an Artist Support Grant, formerly known as the Regional Artist Project Grant or RAP-G. Applications usually open in September with announcements being made in late October or early November.
Non-profit arts organizations in Caldwell County can apply for a Grassroots Grant, typically announced in the autumn.
Individual artists residing in Caldwell County can apply for the Stevens Family Scholarship, which funds a week-long workshop at Cheap Joe's Art Stuff in Boone and are usually announced in early autumn.
