Sculptors may enter three works, indoor or outdoor sculpture. This event is held outdoors, rain or shine. Please note that ONLY the three works submitted for judging are to be displayed. Photographic portfolios are encouraged. Sculpture designed for indoor use is welcome, but it's protection from the weather will be the sculptor's responsibility. Pedestals are also the sculptor's responsibility.

Security guards will patrol the park from Friday evening at 7:00pm until Saturday morning at 7:00am. Work installed in the park overnight, however, will be left at sculptor's risk. Neither the City of Lenoir, the Caldwell Arts Council, Tri-State Sculptors, nor any other sponsor will be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen work.

On Saturday, all sculpture must remain on display in the park until 4:00pm and must be removed by 7:00pm, unless arrangements have been made in advance with the Caldwell Arts Council.

No alcoholic beverages at the J.E. Broyhill Park or the City of Lenoir Aquatic & Fitness Center.
